Terms & Conditions

DOOR POLICY

 

  • Age Restriction: Entry is restricted to guests aged 21 or older.

  • Identification: Valid physical identification (Emirates ID, Passport, or Driver’s License) is required.

  • Admission Rights: Bonnie & Clyde Events Co. L.L.C. and venue management reserve the right to deny entry or remove individuals engaging in dangerous, inappropriate, or intoxicated behavior. Refunds will not be issued under these circumstances.

  • Security Searches: For everyone’s safety, security checks may be conducted on people, clothing, bags, and belongings. Confiscated items will not be returned.

  • Outside Food & Beverages: Consumption of any food or drink not purchased at the venue is prohibited.

  • Photography & Filming: By attending our events, you consent to being photographed or filmed, with potential usage in promotional content by Bonnie & Clyde Events Co. L.L.C. without compensation.

  • Dubai Laws Compliance: Guests are required to comply with all Dubai laws and regulations while attending our events. Non-compliance may result in removal from the event without refund.

 

E-TICKET TERMS & CONDITIONS

 

  • Non-Refundable Tickets: All tickets are non-refundable. Ensure your ticket is valid for the specific date and event you purchased.

  • Date Changes: For any date change requests, please contact us at least 7 days prior to the event (subject to availability). The value of the new event must match or exceed the original ticket cost.

  • Event Modifications: Bonnie & Clyde Events Co. L.L.C. reserves the right to alter event details in unforeseen circumstances without a refund obligation.

 

BOOKING TERMS (Loungers, Tables, and Beds)

 

  • Cover Charges & Minimum Spend: Lounger, table, and bed bookings may require a cover charge and minimum spend on food and beverages from the venue. Unspent minimum spend amounts are non-refundable.

  • Reservation Deposits: A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. If rescheduling, please notify us 7 days in advance (subject to availability).

  • Late Arrivals: Reservations may be held for up to 1 hour if notified in advance.

 

DRESS CODE

 

  • Appropriate Attire: Guests must arrive and depart in respectful attire. Proper bathing attire is required in pool areas. Sporting team tops, body paint, fancy dress, and accessories (like veils or crowns) are not allowed.

  • Dubai Modesty Laws: In compliance with Dubai regulations, we ask guests to follow modest dress codes and maintain appropriate public behavior.

 

PERSONAL BELONGINGS

 

  • Belongings: Bonnie & Clyde Events Co. L.L.C. is not responsible for any lost or unattended items. Lockers may be available; speak with venue staff for assistance. Report any lost items promptly to increase the likelihood of recovery.

 

SAFETY GUIDELINES

 

  • Responsible Behavior: Please drink responsibly, stay hydrated, and be mindful of others' safety.

  • Prohibited Substances: Drugs and any dangerous items are strictly prohibited at all events in compliance with Dubai’s legal requirements.

  • Injury or Incident: Please report any injury or accident to venue staff immediately.

 

FORCE MAJEURE

 

In case of unforeseen circumstances (e.g., natural disasters, government mandates, public health emergencies), Bonnie & Clyde Events Co. L.L.C. will attempt to reschedule events. Refunds will not be issued, but alternative dates may be provided, subject to availability.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY

 

  • Deposit: A deposit is required to confirm bookings and is non-refundable if canceled within 7 days of the event.

  • Refunds: No refunds will be provided, but rescheduling options may be available under exceptional circumstances.
